Day 01 Arrive Belgrade
Meeting at Belgrade airport by our representative and transfer to hotel in Belgrade (30min).Free day to relax.Program briefing and meeting with the group members followed by dinner in Indian restaurant.
Belgraders enjoy pleasant conversations and long walks, drinking coffee in the morning. They like to be on the move and therefore the streets, walkways, cafes, restaurants are always crowded and full of people.
KnezMihailova Street is the favorite pedestrian zone that extends from Terazije to Kalemegdan. It is also the main meeting and leave-taking place, and is easily accessible from all parts of the city. It is the epicenter of culture and history. Because of its great historical and cultural significance, the street is under state protection. Although its original appearance has not been changed greatly, the purpose of the buildings sure have. Thus, the former private apartments became boutiques, cultural centers, bookstores, restaurants, cafes and offices of various companies and airlines.
If your friends from Belgrade suggest you to meet them in the city center, in front of the horse, what they really mean is that they need to meet you in front of the statute of the horse. But do not let that confuse you, because in slang talk it refers to the central square where the statue of Prince Mihailo riding the horse is. That is why that place affectionately was called out “next to the horse”.
Trademark of the square is Terazije fountain. The fountain known by four lion heads from whose mouths flows cold water is one of the most famous symbols of the city. However, this fountain as the focal point of the square is not only a meeting place, but also a place where both, the young and the old exchange pictures for their albums.
During your stay in Belgrade, you can visit one of the oldest and most unique fortresses in the world. The Belgrade Fortress is the largest free attraction in the city and its gates are open 24 hours a day, throughout the year. There you are surrounded by pleasant environment, a lot of history, culture, entertainment and places to relax. The Belgrade fortress is the heart of Belgrade. It is located at the top of the ridge that looms over the confluence of the Sava into the Danube river. The Military Museum takes a special place within the Kalemegdan complex. The biggest attraction for tourists is an outdoor museum collection consisted of cannons and tanks from nearly every war in which Serbia and Yugoslavia participated throughout the 20th century. Beside the Military Museum, symbols of Belgrade fortress are the Roman well and the Clock Gate as well, and the most important among them is certainly the Victor monument, city's most recognizable landmark. This statue of a naked man with a bird in his hand was built to commemorate Serbia's victory during the Balkan Wars by famous Yugoslav sculptor Ivan Mestrovic in 1928.
Skadarlija, as Belgraders like to call the Skadarska Street, was and still is the bohemian heart of the city. Here you can experience the Serbian way of having fun with plenty of rakija (Serbian traditional spirit), good food and live music played on tamburitza. It revives the spirit of friendship and cheerful nightlife, as it once was. Skadaralija was the main gathering place for Serbian poets, artists, painters and all those who like to drink, discuss politics and enjoy the atmosphere of bistros. This street has managed to keep the old look with cobblestone pavement, more or less identical facade and bistros that stand in the same place for more than 150 years.
Church of Saint Sava, the largest Orthodox church in the Balkans, was built in the Serbian-Byzantine style and with a cross on top of the dome 82 meters high. Its construction lasted more than 80 years since it was disrupted by numerous wars and poverty. The church is so large that it can hold 10,000 people at one time. Saint Sava Church is known for its polyphonic bells that go on every hour, so we recommend you plan your visit right at that time to hear their interesting sound.

Day 02 Belgrade – Excursion to Novi Sad & SremskiKarlovci
Morning transfer to Novi Sad (1h20), meaning 'New Garden', is the second largest city of Serbia but it boasts a more laidback atmosphere; with most locals choosing to enjoy a coffee on the banks of the Danube rather than rush anywhere. On arrival, we'll have a guided walking tour which finishes on the Danube bank facing the Petrovaradin Fortress from where the city originated. The fort is known locally as 'The Gibraltar on the Danube' due to its shape rather than its size (despite what the locals say!). Like Belgrade, Novi Sad's position on the river has made it a frontier hard to break in many wars and is rich in Roman, Greek and Byzantine history. The afternoon will transfer to SremskiKarlovci (15 min). Visit family run wine cellar and honey museum- wine and honey tasting. Explore town. SremskiKarlovci is situated on the bank of the river Danube, 8 km from Novi Sad. The town has traditionally been known as the seat of Serbian Orthodox Church in the Habsburg Monarchy, as well as political and cultural capital of Serbian Vojvodina after the May Assembly and during the Revolution in 1848.
After SremskiKarlovci we drive back to Belgrade.

Day 03 Belgrade-BajinaBasta-Morka Gora
After breakfast, Transfer to BajinaBasta (160km, 3h15) and lunch in a restaurant facing the Drina river. After lunch visit Sljivovica distillery (with a tasting) and transfer to Tara mountain (20 \min). Afternoon walk to Banjsa Stena- one of the most famous view point in Serbia overlooking the Drina river. Walking lasts 1h30 (ascent 50m/ descent 50m). Transfer to Mokra Gora (40min).
The Drina River roams through BajinaBasta town and is the border between Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. We'll enjoy a traditional lamb lunch in BajinaBasta's oldest pub before heading to the town's Rakia distillery. Although the distillery doesn't look like much from the outside, inside we will see how they create Serbia's favourite fruit brandy and have a chance to try some of their produce. This Rakia factory, like many others, was state owned during the years of Yugoslavia and just before it nearly shut down the local people and one main investor pulled together to privatise it so they could continue production. Next, we make our way into Tara National Park. According to mythology, Tara Mountain gets its name from the ancient, Slavic God Tar who chose this area as his home due to the outstanding natural beauty. We will take a one hour walk along the gravel path to Banjska Stena which is arguably the best view in Serbia. From this vantage point you'll be able to look out over the Drina Canyon and mountains in the distance. It will be quite the contrast to bustling Belgrade and Novi Sad and it really captures the beauty of Serbia. We'll then take the drive to MokraGora which is our home for the night. For our home for tonight, we choose the famous Serbian film Director Emir Kusturica's cultural village.

Day 04 Morka Gora - Sargan - Zlatibor Mountain
Breakfast at the hotel.
Morning train trip on a historical Sargan Eight narrow gauge railway. On arrival transfer (30min) to Zlatibor mountain with a stop for a trout lunch. Transfer to Stopica Cave and visit the cave. Short walk to Gostiljski waterfall.
The famous Sargan Eight narrow-gauge railway on which the affectionately known 'Cira the Steam Train' once ran daily between Sarajevo and Belgrade. The Sargan Eight section was reopened to tourism in 1999. It was once admired around the world as a piece of world-class construction, for it allows the train to make the steep climb through the mountains on rails that form a figure of eight as they weave through 22 tunnels and cover just over 15 kilometres. As the crow flies, the distance between the stations of Mokra Gora and Sargan is a mere 3.5 kilometres. The train route once brought prosperity to a cut-off region of West Serbia but now offers nostalgic rides up the mountain to visitors mostly from Serbia and the neighbouring countries. The train will make multiple stops along the way for the chance to overlook the wilderness of Tara National Park and there's time for an ice cream or strong, Serbian coffee at the top.

Our guide will show us the abundance of beautifully formed stalactites and stalagmites by torch light as we proceed 500 meters along the path into the 7 kilometer long cave. Hi Ganesh,
It gives me great pleasure to tell you that you have got amazing employees working with you. It had never been such a wonderful experience for me until I spoke to your agents. Whenever I call any other company it takes me ages to get through the system, but getting through to Experience Globe was so simple. And then when I spoke to the guy, he was more than generous in giving me the right answers without confusing me.
I can see how bonded your employees are. Experience Globe is lucky to have people like them. Your team was very polite in all interactions. This shows your concern for your customers.
Thank you Experience Globe for giving me an amazing adventurous Sri Lankan trip

Hi Ganesh,
I had always wanted to go to Morocco, and am so glad that I did! The country has such rich history, varied topography, and friendly people. Travel exploration did a great job preparing us for this trip, and was very responsive to questions as we were planning it. Our guide was solicitous, insanely prompt and prepared, and fun to be with. The driving into the desert and out is long, but you feel like you have seen the Grand Canyon and the Swiss Alps along the way!
Every guide was terrific, and it was evident that there is tremendous mutual respect between them and the owner.
